__We know the menu is large and staggering. You may wonder - how do they
do it? Rest assured, we purchase only the finest ingredients
available. We also have state-of-the-art equipment and a well-trained
and dedicated staff. This is the foundation of Sanibel's #1 family
restaurant and the original island eatery.
__As I mentioned before, we have a well-trained and dedicated staff.
They are customer-oriented and any problems are handled promptly.
However, if you are not satisfied for any reason please inform your
server or our management team and we will work quickly to rectify the
problem to your satisfaction.
__We don't want you to leave without informing us of any dissatisfaction
with our food, service, or the restaurant itself. The best service you
can render to a restauranteur is to inform them when the food is
unsatisfactory or when the service is less than acceptable. We love to
hear how great your dining experience was with us, but please do not
leave without resolving any dissatisfaction. Now, feel free to eat to
